Laura welcomed 11 Feasters to her home for a traditional Argentine-Italian Family meal. The menu included: Antipasto… marinated eggplant, melon con jamon, salami, ensalada rusa, celery, green apple, nuts, sauteed spinach, homemade bread, plum wrapped in bacon, olives, cheese, and caprese salad. And, that was just the appetizer! Then, Laura served homemade gnocchi de ricotta con estofado de carne.
Meet the Chef
“I was born in Argentina but raised in many different countries. Growing up, my family would spend hours preparing a meal together, and then plan the next meal while feasting. My cuisine is influenced by my international experiences; I enjoy making a wide variety of dishes. In school, I studied fine art and went on to pursue decorative painting, but my love of food has won out, I look forward to sharing that love with you!”
