Meet Caetie – “While I did complete a culinary program at L’Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland a few years back, my real training has taken place on the mean streets of DC’s farmers markets. It’s been here, as both a vegetable sales-lady for the Farm at Sunnyside and as a consumer, that I have learned how to experiment with new vegetables, and revel in what’s available seasonally and locally.”
