More Ramen Porn

The below comes from the blog Fox and Bunny, written by Meg Smith, a sous-chef at the Ramenpalooze meal.

“To celebrate the opening of his amazing new restaurant, OhFish, Kaz Okochi was joined by Erik Bruner-Yang of Toki Underground for District Parlour Co.’s first ever Ramenpalooza.   The menu included crunchy shrimp and vegetable temaki with avocado, red pepper, basil, and spicy tomato sauce; miso ramen with braised pork, egg, and bean sprouts; masumi vegetarian ramen with pickled bok choy, roasted purple potatoes, grilled white asparagus, chili garlic chives, scallions, sesame seeds, toasted green tea nori, and steamed beech mushrooms; and strawberry financiers with lemon balm creme, fresh herb, and chocolate mint sorbet.  Ramenpalooza was a delicious success!”
