Our February Food Market

Tonight, Feastly welcomed some some of the areas best cooks to our monthly food Meetup.

Cooks from D.C., Maryland and Virginia brought their favorite homemade dishes, and we converted the Blind Dog Cafe into a potluck food market. The dishes were incredible and included: Thai vegetable green curry, lamb samosas with cilantro chutney, paella, savory bacon tarts, lemon and garlic marinated shrimp, crab cakes, focaccia, bread pudding, coconut cherry BobBons, salty oat cookies, Mexican spicy brownies, a blood orange tart, and earl grey and honey ice cream.

Overall, another amazing night connecting with so many great cooks. As one cook told me, “I live alone and cook so much. Rather than keep feeding my freezer with leftovers, I’d rather feed others.” At Feastly, we couldn’t agree with you more!
